Description

The Octasmart Premium Hybrid Plus is the Hybrid with a memory foam comfort layer added. Underneath, 8cm individually wrapped pocket springs and honeycomb Octasprings® work together to support your body and give the mattress a traditional, bouncier feel; at the surface, memory foam moulds to your shape and takes the pressure off your shoulders and hips.

Five smart body zones

Octasprings of different strengths are grouped into five zones running the length of the mattress, with firmer support under the hips and shoulders and a softer response under the head and legs. The result is a mattress that holds your spine in its natural line whether you sleep on your back, side or front.

Two support systems, one comfort layer

Because the memory foam is used only at the surface, the mattress keeps the responsiveness of the springs rather than feeling like a foam-only bed. The overall feel is medium, and total depth is 22cm.

Octavent™ air system

The open honeycomb structure of the Octasprings lets air move freely through the mattress rather than trapping it. Dormeo rate the Octavent™ system at eight times more breathable than a standard foam mattress, cooling the bed by up to 3°C so you settle quicker and stay comfortable through the night.

Smart performance cover

The knitted performance cover is quilted with comfort pockets that add a soft surface feel, and it is anti-allergenic and removable. Underneath, a base layer of Dormeo’s signature Ecocell® foam with its permanent three-dimensional cell structure keeps the whole mattress stable and supportive.

Dormeo build the Octasmart range to leave around 50% less environmental footprint than a conventional foam mattress, and the mattress is 100% recyclable at the end of its life.
