If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it. Here’s how it works.

We’ll match the price when:

  • The competitor’s item is in stock and available to purchase now
  • It’s the identical product — same brand, model, size, and colour
  • It’s not part of a sale, clearance, or promotional offer
  • It’s sold by a UK-based retailer (not an auction site, marketplace reseller, or private seller)
  • The item is brand new, unused, and undamaged
  • Delivery costs are included in the comparison (we compare total price, not just item price)
  • Matching the price remains commercially viable for us

  • Price matching does not apply to:
  • Auction sites (e.g. eBay) or wholesale/trade-only sellers
  • Competitor “bundle,” clearance, or ex-display offers
  • Pricing errors or obvious typos on a competitor’s site
  • Quotes that can’t be independently verified
  • Orders already placed — price match must be requested and approved before checkout

How to request a price match

Contact us with:

  • The product name/link on our site
  • A link to the identical product at the lower price
  • The competitor’s total price including delivery

We’ll check the details and confirm by email whether we can match it, usually within 48 hours.

Price matching is offered at Furnmart’s discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
