Description

The Octasmart Premium Plus is built on the same patented Octaspring® platform as the Premium – hundreds of honeycomb-shaped foam springs that move in three dimensions – with a layer of luxurious memory foam added at the surface. That top layer softens the initial feel and moulds to your shape to relieve pressure points, while the springs below keep the support precise.

Five smart body zones

Octasprings of different strengths are grouped into five zones running the length of the mattress, with firmer support under the hips and shoulders and a softer response under the head and legs. The result is a mattress that holds your spine in its natural line whether you sleep on your back, side or front.

Memory foam where it counts

Memory foam is used only in the comfort layer, so you get the plush, contouring feel at the surface while the breathable Octaspring® core and Ecocell® base carry the support. It is a medium feel overall – a step softer than the Octasmart Premium.

Octavent™ air system

The open honeycomb structure of the Octasprings lets air move freely through the mattress rather than trapping it. Dormeo rate the Octavent™ system at eight times more breathable than a standard foam mattress, cooling the bed by up to 3°C so you settle quicker and stay comfortable through the night.

Smart performance cover

The knitted performance cover is quilted with comfort pockets that add a soft surface feel, and it is anti-allergenic and removable. Underneath, a base layer of Dormeo’s signature Ecocell® foam with its permanent three-dimensional cell structure keeps the whole mattress stable and supportive.

Dormeo build the Octasmart range to leave around 50% less environmental footprint than a conventional foam mattress, and the mattress is 100% recyclable at the end of its life.
